Instagram certainly has a lot to offer in the “mouthwatering pictures” department! But since that they come by the plenty, some are “meh” and others are just phenomenal. So being the IG fanatics that we are, we sure do love to raid the SM platform to find the best food critics out there and that’s when we landed on Nermeen Ayman’s account Burgerrholic.

So, being the nosy people that we are, we decided that we should have a quick chat with Nermeen and ask her a few questions about her account and the images that are in them.

I hope that everyone is safe and sound during these weary times. It’s all going to be alright. Our planet just needs recess for a little while then it will be good to go. So while waiting here at home, i thought to myself there’s no time better than the present to do what i love; cook. So this is one of my favorite dishes in the whole wide world; Roast Beef. So here it goes❤️ . . . . Ingredients: – 4 pound roast beef – Butter – Olive oil – Coarse sea salt ( not grounded) – Pepper – 2 Red onions – 3 carrots – 3 potatoes Marinade: 1 cup of red grape vinegar (disclaimer: this is not wine you guys😂, there’s a regular red grape vinegar you can find easily at supermarkets) 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of thyme Marinate your roast with all the previous ingredients then chill the roast in it for 2 hours in the fridge (or overnight) Tip: Get the roast out of the fridge 30 minutes before putting it in the oven. Recipe: – Preheat your oven to 180 C degrees or 356 F degrees – Brush butter and olive oil all over your oven tray. – Cut 2 onions, 3 carrots, 3 potatoes however you may like and lay them all over the tray. – Rub olive oil, sea salt and pepper all over the roast and make sure it is on all sides. – Add the roast to your tray and top it with cubes of butter for extra crispy. – Leave it for 1 hour and a half if you want it medium well and 2 hours if well done. – Cut to pieces and serve to your guests😚

These home-made Cheeseburgers using @gourmetegypt ‘s Quality Minced Beef are a GAME CHANGER!! I could easily have one of these bad boys for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. I usually season my patties with loads of stuff. While using this meat; i decided to just season them with crushed Sea Salt and freshly grounded pepper, to be able to really taste the juicy meat only; and taste i did!!! This is not an Ad, it’s not i repeat. i just really really love @gourmetegypt and i just went there on a groceries shopping spree, so expect to see loads of content from there. I hope you guys try them and send me!!. I don’t know if they got a school for that or not but if there is I certainly wanna go😂 … But I would consider myself a burger eater, not a critic. Tastes differ and everyone got a mind/stomach of their own.

Is your account only burgers or do you delve into other cuisines as well?

No, it’s not. It’s basically who I am splattered all over a blog. It’s my platform where I can be whoever I want and control my content 100%. I usually share things I am interested in which is like 95% food; burgers and all sorts of good things to be devoured.

If you had a gun to your head, which burger joint would you choose as the best in town?

Nermeen Ayman Burger

My go-to burger joint is definitely Butcher’s burger or Brgrtruck.

Existential Crisis Question: As a foodie, how do you stay in great shape?

A lot of people ask me this question, but I guess it’s balancing meals and working out 4 times a week what does the trick for me. And of course LOADS of water.

If you had to choose one dish to eat forever, what would it be?

No, you can’t do that to me … I can’t choose, it’s like Sophie’s choice right here. But I can say this; “too many burgers” said by no one ever in human history.

How do you get your burgers during quarantine?

I make my burgers homemade right now and they are turning out super delicious. I am using Gourmet’s quality minced beef and their bakery’s Buns or Republique’s brioche sliders; they are freaking amazing!

If burgers were a superhero, who’d it be?

iron man burger

They are definitely Iron Man, cause they always end up saving the day.
