Nowadays it’s really hard to create an ad that catches your attention, especially when it comes to advertising for hospitals and the Health sector in general. We got used to the same old tone of such ads that are either overly dramatic or so much expected, but this ad for Abo-El Reesh El-Mounira Hospital precisely has caught our attention, and we were wondering why it was not getting the amount of attention other ads usually get.

This advertisement, which was aired in Ramadan, distinguished itself from the others by using the magical art of storytelling. Instead of using a sorrowful gloomy tone, they decided to tell the 100-year-old legendary story of kids who were born in Upper Egypt. Where half of these kids, sadly, weren’t able to reach the age of five, but the other half could! So, those kids would go on an amazing journey to Abo-El Reesh site in El-Mounira to celebrate their lives.

What makes this ad extremely unique is that it’s suitable for children to see.  It’s simple, light, and actually fun. And let’s just say that it did succeed in conveying its message without being pushy or stressing the audience. Though it didn’t achieve tremendous views, people online seemed to like, notice, and appreciate that it’s definitely different.

This heart-warming Ad was written by KAIRO For Ideas and sung by Cairokee Band. And now that it’s not every day we see a charity ad that could actually bring a genuine smile to our face, they sure deserve recognition and respect.
